Responsibilities

• Assemble precision components by following work instructions, technical drawings, and production specifications.
• Inspect incoming materials and finished assemblies to ensure they meet quality and accuracy standards.
• Utilize precision measurement devices such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures effectively.
• Operate production tools and material handling equipment safely and proficiently.
• Carry out consistent quality inspections during various stages of production.
• Detect and promptly report any production or quality-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate records and complete production documentation thoroughly.
• Keep the workstation clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
• Work collaboratively with teams in production, quality control, and maintenance to achieve daily output goals.
• Adhere strictly to all established company safety policies and manufacturing procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Have 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production settings.
• Previous exposure to assembly tasks or machine operations within industrial environments.
• Strong mechanical understanding and keen eye for detail.
• Ability to interpret work instructions, technical drawings, or blueprints with accuracy.
• Experienced in using precision measuring instruments.
• Forklift or overhead crane operation skills are advantageous.
• Effective communicator with the ability to thrive in a team-based environment.
• Comfortable working efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace.
