Area Sales Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead a team of telesales representatives in the insurance brokerage sector. This role involves overseeing daily sales operations, managing team performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of telesales agents, ensuring smooth operations and on-time achievement of SLAs.
• Drive daily B2C sales targets and ensure team members consistently meet or surpass their goals.
• Manage daily team activities by setting clear objectives and developing effective call strategies in partnership with clients.
• Maintain adherence to assigned job standards and performance metrics across the team.
• Keep accurate records of work schedules and attendance to maintain adequate staffing levels.
• Promptly address and resolve auditing concerns linked to team activities.
• Serve as the main liaison for all queries and concerns related to specific business assignments.
• Offer ongoing coaching, feedback, and training to enhance team skills and performance.
• Coordinate with internal departments to align sales strategies and customer service improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies throughout sales and client interactions.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have experience in area sales management, team leadership, coaching, B2C sales, and territory sales within an insurance or related environment.
