Role Overview

The Architectural Site Engineer is tasked with supervising all construction activities on-site to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to design plans. This position is instrumental in translating architectural blueprints into tangible structures and in enhancing overall project quality and functionality. Strong collaboration and management of site operations are essential to support the organization’s pursuit of excellence and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations ensuring full compliance with architectural designs and technical specifications.
• Manage project schedules and budgets, coordinating timely delivery of materials and progress of construction work.
• Perform site inspections to track progress and enforce safety standards.
• Work closely with architects, contractors, and clients to address challenges and develop optimized solutions.
• Utilize AutoCAD and other software for 3D visualization and project planning.
• Ensure construction activities adhere to regulations and industry best practices.
• Handle contract administration and maintain detailed documentation related to site tasks.
• Lead and guide junior engineers and site personnel, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships, striving to exceed expectations.
• Implement effective problem-solving techniques to address and mitigate site-related risks promptly.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least five years of experience in architectural site engineering or a similar discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and related design software tools.
• In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, safety management, and site inspection procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills enabling effective teamwork.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing teams and resources.
