Architectural Engineer

About the Role

The Architectural Engineer will play a vital role in analyzing urban redevelopment and regeneration projects, assessing technical requirements, and supporting strategic real estate growth planning. This position involves interaction with various real estate developers and stakeholders to address challenges, evaluate proposals, and facilitate development processes. The engineer will also contribute to shaping incentives to boost the real estate development sector and prepare detailed reports and presentations on ongoing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze opportunities for urban redevelopment and regeneration, determining technical and project needs.
• Assist in planning for real estate growth and monitor prioritized initiatives and projects.
• Evaluate architectural and development aspects of real estate proposals and projects.
• Coordinate with developers and other stakeholders to identify and resolve development challenges.
• Support the formulation of incentives and exceptions aimed at facilitating real estate development.
• Analyze urban development prospects and pinpoint priority areas for development.
• Work alongside relevant parties to streamline developer procedures and follow-up actions.
• Create presentations and periodic reports to showcase progress and opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related discipline.
• A minimum of two years’ experience in a relevant architectural or urban development role.
• Preferred familiarity with real estate development processes or urban regeneration projects.
• Solid expertise in architectural design and reviewing technical drawings.
• Understanding of concepts related to real estate development and urban regeneration strategies.
• Strong capability in analytical evaluation and project assessment.
• Excellent reporting skills, ability to prepare presentations, and coordinate effectively with stakeholders.
