Architectural Engineer

Overview

We are looking for a skilled Architectural Engineer with a focus on interior design to create innovative, practical, and high-quality design concepts along with architectural documentation for interior fit-outs, finishing, and decoration projects. The role demands crafting interior design ideas, preparing detailed architectural drawings, and working closely with the Finishing & Decoration team to ensure faithful execution aligned with approved standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop imaginative and functional interior design concepts tailored to project needs, including space arrangements, furniture plans, color/material selection, and design presentations balancing appeal and practicality.
• Produce detailed architectural drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and interior design documents precise enough for execution teams.
• Collaborate with the Finishing & Decoration department to convey design requirements, oversee project implementation, clarify technical points, and resolve design-related issues on site.
• Support the selection process of finishing materials, fixtures, colors, and decorative components by preparing materials schedules and design specifications, focusing on quality, cost-effectiveness, and availability.
• Monitor site progress through visits ensuring work aligns with designs, performing quality checks on finishes, and coordinating necessary corrections.
• Provide consistent updates on design development and execution statuses, liaising with project teams and contractors to meet deadlines.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned by management within the role's scope.
