Architectural BIM Modeler

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Architectural BIM Modeler to join a significant HMC project based in Qatar. This role requires in-depth expertise in architectural BIM modeling, especially utilizing Revit and Scan-to-BIM techniques, along with a comprehensive understanding of construction drawings and multidisciplinary coordination processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain accurate architectural BIM models employing Revit software.
• Construct architectural models derived from design drawings, site-specific data, and project specifications.
• Facilitate Scan-to-BIM processes by generating models from point cloud information.
• Ensure proper multidisciplinary coordination by aligning architectural models with other domain models.
• Examine drawings for discrepancies and potential coordination conflicts.
• Maintain BIM models in compliance with project standards and stipulated requirements.
• Revise models to reflect design adjustments, site developments, and coordination feedback.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project teams throughout all project phases.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrated experience working as an Architectural BIM Modeler in building/construction projects.
• High proficiency with Revit and associated BIM applications.
• Mandatory experience with Scan-to-BIM workflows.
• Familiarity with Autodesk ReCap software is required.
• Strong comprehension of architectural drawings and construction documentation standards.
• Sound knowledge of BIM coordination and architectural model development practices.
• Immediate availability to join is strongly preferred.
