Architect

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and meticulous Architect to assist in the entire lifecycle of architectural projects, from concept development through to delivery. The position requires generating innovative architectural ideas, creating design proposals, producing accurate technical drawings, and coordinating comprehensive project documentation. Ensuring that architectural plans meet functional, aesthetic, technical, and regulatory standards is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings including plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and presentation materials.
• Assist in the design development process, selecting appropriate materials and space planning.
• Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain project alignment.
• Review and monitor architectural drawings and design modifications throughout the project timeline.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and communicate requirements clearly to involved parties.
• Develop practical and inventive design solutions considering objectives, building regulations, safety, sustainability, budget, and constructability.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of architectural design concepts, building planning, construction techniques, and preparation of technical documentation.
• Proficient in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or equivalents.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is beneficial.
• Exhibit strong visual creativity, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of producing precise architectural drawings, layouts, presentations, and technical files.
• Have a thorough understanding of building codes, regulatory standards, and planning requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail combined with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaborative coordination.
• Ability to handle multiple project demands and meet deadlines consistently.
