Role Overview

The Architect role is based full-time on-site in Surat, Gujarat, and involves active participation throughout all stages of design and implementation of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Daily activities consist of generating design concepts, creating detailed architectural drawings, and producing 3D models to support project execution.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in architectural design principles including concept ideation, effective space planning, and preparation of comprehensive design documentation.
• A Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in architectural practice.
• Strong visual, technical, and analytical capabilities, coupled with keen attention to detail and aptitude for converting client needs into viable design solutions.
• Experience in managing or assisting projects from concept through to completion is advantageous.
