Experience and Skills Required

• At least three years of professional architectural experience working on UK projects.
• In-depth understanding of the UK planning system, building regulations, and construction processes.
• Capability to develop detailed technical designs, particularly for residential or related projects.
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD or a strong willingness to undertake structured training to gain this skill.
• Experience in delivering bespoke residential and contextually sensitive architectural designs.
