Role Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in projects through every design and delivery phase.
  • Develop innovative design solutions ensuring robust technical quality.

  • Manage design documentation, adhere to Australian Standards, NCC regulations, and oversee contract administration.
  • Establish and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Mentor emerging Architects and support project team growth.

Candidate Profile

We seek architectural professionals passionate about exceptional design who understand the complexities of successful project delivery.

  • Demonstrated design and technical skills with experience in complex or community-oriented projects.
  • Proven collaboration with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of design documentation standards, Australian regulations (NCC), and contract administration.
  • Commitment to design excellence, sustainability, and innovation.
  • Experience contributing to various stages of project execution.
  • Leadership qualities, including mentoring or managing project teams.
