Role Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in projects through every design and delivery phase.
- Develop innovative design solutions ensuring robust technical quality.
- Coordinate efforts among clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Manage design documentation, adhere to Australian Standards, NCC regulations, and oversee contract administration.
- Establish and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Mentor emerging Architects and support project team growth.
- Drive design excellence, sustainability, and innovation throughout projects.
Candidate Profile
We seek architectural professionals passionate about exceptional design who understand the complexities of successful project delivery.
- Demonstrated design and technical skills with experience in complex or community-oriented projects.
- Proven collaboration with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Comprehensive knowledge of design documentation standards, Australian regulations (NCC), and contract administration.
- Commitment to design excellence, sustainability, and innovation.
- Experience contributing to various stages of project execution.
- Leadership qualities, including mentoring or managing project teams.
