About the Role
A world-class architectural firm with a global presence specializing in traditional and progressive classical architecture is looking to recruit an Architect for their Winchester office. The practice undertakes projects including custom private residences, historic building preservation, conservation efforts, residential developments, and masterplanning assignments.
Key Responsibilities and Experience Required
- Minimum of 3 years of professional architectural experience is essential.
- Possession of a recognized ARB qualification.
- Experience delivering projects through multiple RIBA stages.
- Strong residential architecture background preferred.
- Thorough understanding of UK planning and building regulations.
- Proven capability in design and technical detailing.
- Familiarity with ArchiCAD software is advantageous but not mandatory.
