Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Architect to join our Dubai team, leading the design and advancement of architectural projects. This role involves translating client ideas into practical designs, managing technical aspects, and ensuring projects meet quality, time, and budget requirements. The position provides an opportunity to influence Dubai's cityscape and grow professionally in a collaborative workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design process from concept to project completion, ensuring alignment with client and project objectives.
• Review and approve conceptual designs, technical drawings, and specifications maintaining top-quality standards.
• Handle complex technical tasks autonomously and in teamwork environments, applying critical thinking and decisiveness.
• Coordinate across departments and with external parties to facilitate effective communication and smooth project execution.
• Innovate architectural methods and mentor team members to enhance design capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with design, drafting, and construction teams to maintain project consistency and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and sustainability criteria relevant to UAE and international projects.
• Maintain professional client relations by providing regular updates and handling concerns transparently.
• Use advanced modeling software to produce detailed documentation and presentations that clearly convey design intent.
• Work closely with engineers, contractors, and consultants to improve design solutions and resolve challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Architecture.
• Professional architecture license or registration required.
• At least four years of experience in architectural design, project execution, and leadership roles.
• Experience working in Middle Eastern markets preferred, with strong knowledge of UAE construction standards considered valuable.
