Role Overview
This is a full-time, in-office Junior Architect position located in Pune City. The selected candidate will assist senior architects in shaping design concepts, creating architectural drawings, detailed plans, and 3D visualizations. Responsibilities include aiding in design presentations, coordinating with various consultants, and integrating structural, MEP, and interior components to ensure cohesive design execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in producing design concepts and architectural documentation.
- Support preparation of detailed drawings and 3D models.
- Help coordinate with consultants to unify structural, mechanical, electrical, and interior elements.
- Participate in site visits and document project progress.
- Collaborate with teams on project schedules and deliverables.
- Ensure design intent, constructability, and compliance with applicable codes and standards.
Candidate Qualifications
- Solid foundation in architecture design principles including concept creation, space planning, and detailing.
- Experience or interest in integrating structural, service, and interior design elements.
- Familiarity with project coordination and basic management tasks such as timeline tracking.
- Proficient with architecture software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Possesses a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional registration or ongoing pursuit thereof is advantageous.
- Strong skills in visual communication, technical drafting, and meticulous documentation.
- Capable of effective collaboration both in office and on-site settings with strong communication and problem-solving capabilities.
- Interest in sustainable design principles, local construction practices, and current trends in architecture is desirable.
