Architect (Pega Senior Systems Architect)

Overview

This role is for an experienced Pega Senior Systems Architect (SSA) with extensive knowledge of Pega platform components and proven experience working in global markets. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise combined with excellent stakeholder management skills in an Agile and DevOps environment.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Act as a senior technical leader with hands-on experience across Pega UI, Flows, Flow Actions, Harness, Integration, Agents, and Activities.
• Effectively debug issues using tools such as Tracer, Clipboard, SMA, and Live UI to ensure quality deliverables.
• Manage Pega rules with tools including export/import utilities, skimming, and performing bulk updates.
• Work with Oracle databases, demonstrating solid SQL proficiency to support application needs.
• Engage collaboratively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.
• Implement DevOps practices and operate efficiently within Agile workflows.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 7 years total experience working with Pega technologies.
• At least 3 years practicing as a Pega Senior Systems Architect across various projects and clients.
• Certified Pega Senior Systems Architect is mandatory.
• At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in international markets such as Australia, Europe, or the United States.

Additional Desired Skills

• Knowledge in Pega Robotics operations.
• Familiarity with API development standards and enterprise security protocols.
• Experience in Pega upgrades or migrations including applications and database upgrades is advantageous.
