Senior Technical Architect

Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of robust distributed systems supporting nationwide business operations with high concurrency and availability. This role involves architecting microservices, cloud-native platforms, data infrastructures, and integration systems while steering technology choices and ensuring optimal performance and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of large-scale architecture supporting high concurrency and availability.
• Oversee microservices architecture, cloud-native platform development, data platform creation, and systems integration.
• Drive technology selection, architecture governance, performance tuning, and security framework establishment.
• Develop and enhance R&D standards, DevOps processes, and observability platforms to boost efficiency and system reliability.
• Provide technical guidance to R&D teams, helping solve complex challenges and technical issues.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• More than 10 years in software development with at least 5 years designing architecture for large-scale platforms.
• Experience building large overseas logistics or supply chain platforms.
• Fluent spoken English communication skills.
• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Cloud microservice architectures.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, high concurrency handling, and high-availability design.
• Familiarity with key technologies such as MySQL/PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, and Elasticsearch.
• Knowledge and use of containerization and orchestration tools including Docker and Kubernetes, as well as cloud-native technologies.
• Direct experience in architectural design on at least one public cloud platform (AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure).
• Proven technical leadership and ability to collaborate across teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior work on large government platforms, smart transportation systems, Internet of Things, or real-time data platforms is advantageous.

• Interview process consists of 2–4 rounds including video or phone interviews with Wicresoft and subsequently with SenseTime or client; no written test involved.
