Job Overview

The position requires immediate joining and focuses on various architectural responsibilities using industry-standard tools and software.

Key Duties

• Produce accurate architectural 3D designs such as floor plans and elevations using Sketchup.
• Create detailed architectural drawings including floor plans and elevations with AutoCAD, incorporating feedback from senior architects.
• Support the creation of construction documentation like schedules, specifications, and material lists, adhering to relevant codes and standards.
• Manage and document site progress through daily reports and supervise on-site operations to ensure compliance with approved designs and timelines.
• Keep daily records including material schedules and project documents; collaborate with teams to resolve onsite discrepancies.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Sketchup, rendering software, Photoshop, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with estimation tasks.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team, demonstrating strong communication skills.
• Proactive attitude with problem-solving capabilities and readiness to accept new challenges.
• Willingness to work full-time onsite in Bengaluru and open to relocating if necessary.
