Job Description
We are seeking a professional Architect with at least five years of hands-on experience within the UAE construction and architectural sector to enhance our team. Candidates with expertise in landscape architecture or projects related to landscaping will be given preference. Having previous project exposure in Abu Dhabi is advantageous.
Key Requirements
- At least five years of architectural practice specifically in the UAE market.
- Background or demonstrated experience in landscape design or landscape-oriented projects is desired.
- Prior involvement in projects located in Abu Dhabi adds value to the application.
- Must hold an Architect license approved by the Dubai Municipality (DM) or be open to completing and passing the DM licensing exam.
- Comprehensive understanding of UAE building codes, governmental authority regulations, and necessary approval workflows.
- Familiarity and operational capability with AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant architectural design software tools.
- Effective communication, project coordination, and precise documentation skills are essential.
