Role Overview

This position entails a full-time, onsite Architect role situated in Navi Mumbai. Responsibilities include devising architectural concepts, producing detailed design documentation, and liaising with both internal teams and external partners throughout all phases of the project lifecycle. Daily tasks involve evaluating project needs, developing and refining design plans, reviewing technical specifications, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

The Architect will work closely with project managers and engineering teams to ensure architectural solutions align with overarching project strategies, track progress, and resolve any design or integration challenges. Participation in design reviews, offering expert technical advice, and enhancing design procedures and standards are also essential.

Qualifications and Skills

• Robust understanding of Architecture and Architectural Design, capable of translating project requirements into practical and coherent solutions.
• Experience integrating software development to support architectural concepts, particularly in technology-driven environments.
• Competency in Project Management including effective planning, coordination, and monitoring to keep deliverables on schedule and within budget.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or related disciplines, accompanied by at least 8 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency with design and drafting tools such as CAD and BIM software, along with knowledge of relevant codes and standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, meticulous documentation practices, and a focus on detail and quality assurance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Prior engagement with urban or commercial projects in the Navi Mumbai region is considered beneficial.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering large-scale architectural projects.
