Key Responsibilities

• Carry out a broad range of standard to moderately complex architectural tasks independently, utilizing established architectural design standards and methods.
• Make autonomous decisions in formulating original architectural designs.
• Employ conventional architectural methods while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Conduct architectural research and studies to inform design developments.
• Forge design concepts and define design criteria.
• Produce comprehensive reports related to architectural projects.
• Evaluate CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, scale models, construction documentation, and color boards created by architectural design staff.
• Verify that all outputs meet relevant codes, standards, and client specifications.
• Draft construction specifications and meticulously prepare requisitions for necessary equipment and materials.
• Collaborate with suppliers as needed to ensure project requirements are met.
• Coordinate with engineering and construction personnel located at the project site to ensure synchrony.
• Assess, authorize, and distribute detailed design and construction drawings and specifications drafted by others.
• Provide official architect seal and signature as required by law or contract agreements.
• Offer technical guidance and support to junior architectural designers and drafters engaged on the same projects.
• Handle additional duties tasks pertinent to the role as necessary.

Candidate Profile

• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is essential.
• Minimum of two years of applicable professional experience in architecture or engineering, or a versatile engineering background.
• Professional architectural registration may be mandatory.
