Role Overview

We seek an Architect to join our Patna office on a full-time onsite basis. The position involves contributing to design stages from initial concept to completed construction. Key daily duties include generating design proposals, drafting drawings and 3D models, collaborating with structural, MEP, and interior design teams, and participating in client meetings and design assessments. The Architect will prepare comprehensive construction documents, ensure adherence to local building codes, assist with site inspections for design validation, and coordinate with contractors during execution. The role also entails involvement in project planning, working alongside senior colleagues to enhance design solutions, and maintaining project records and quality standards.

Candidate Profile

• Solid skills in architectural design, space utilization, and building system integration.
• Competent in architectural software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, alongside basic proficiency with 3D visualization tools.
• Familiarity with local construction regulations, codes, and common building practices.
• Ability to create clear, precise drawings, detailed technical plans, and construction documentation.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities to engage effectively with clients, consultants, and project teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution, with professional licensure or progress towards licensure being a plus.
• Prior practical experience in architectural design firms or consultancies, preferably involving built projects.
• Meticulous attention to details, capable of managing time efficiently, and juggling multiple project responsibilities on-site in Patna.
