Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Architect role is based in Guwahati, Assam. The Architect will take charge of formulating architectural concepts, producing drawings and 3D models, and generating comprehensive design and construction documentation. Responsibilities extend to reviewing technical specifications, ensuring adherence to applicable codes and standards, and supporting design presentations and detailed reporting.

The role also includes assisting with project scheduling, coordinating with contractors, and supervising the implementation of design during the construction phase.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Solid understanding of architecture and architectural design, with the ability to convert ideas into clear, detailed drawings and documentation.
• Minimum of one year experience in project coordination and management, handling timelines, scope, and communication between stakeholders.
• Knowledge of integrating building systems and multidisciplinary inputs into unified design solutions.
• Familiarity with software development principles or digital workflows is advantageous, especially regarding design automation, scripting, or advanced modeling technologies.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or related applications, coupled with strong visual and verbal communication skills.
• Possession of an accredited architectural degree with eligibility to pursue professional registration where applicable.
• Willingness and ability to work on-site in Guwahati, multitask efficiently, and collaborate successfully within a multidisciplinary team.
• Understanding of local building codes, regulations, and construction methodologies is highly preferred.
