Key Responsibilities

You will collaborate extensively with internal teams, consultants, and project stakeholders to translate design intentions into clear, effective architectural solutions. Responsibilities include preparing and refining design concepts, producing drawings, diagrams, presentations, and documentation; reviewing materials, details, and technical inputs; coordinating architectural criteria with relevant disciplines; and aiding the delivery of comprehensive design outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a degree or professional certification in Architecture or a closely related discipline.
• Deep knowledge of architectural design fundamentals, spatial organization, composition, material selection, and detailing.
• Capability to advance ideas consistently from concept to development phases.
• Excellent visual communication abilities to convey architectural concepts through drawings, diagrams, and presentations.
• Experienced in architectural design and documentation software tools.
• Solid comprehension of construction techniques, materials, building systems, and coordination requirements.
• Detail-oriented with a disciplined, accountable approach to design progression.
• Strong collaboration skills to engage effectively with architects, designers, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Effective verbal and written communicator.
• Innovative, inquisitive, self-driven, and receptive to constructive critique.
• Efficiently balances multiple tasks without compromising design integrity and precision.
• Demonstrates a considered approach to sustainability, functionality, environmental context, and user experience.
