Role Overview
The Architect will be based full-time onsite in Lucknow, managing the development of architectural concepts and detailed designs. Key responsibilities include site analysis, space planning, selecting appropriate materials, and integrating sustainability and cultural factors into design plans. The role demands collaboration with engineering teams, construction stakeholders, and government entities to ensure regulatory compliance and project standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate architectural ideas into detailed drawings and designs suitable for construction.
- Coordinate efforts among engineering disciplines and construction teams to ensure unified project execution.
- Engage in site visits to monitor progress, gather data, and prepare analysis reports.
- Review construction documentation, assist in tendering and bidding procedures.
- Participate actively in design review sessions focusing on quality, safety, and timelines.
- Balance design intent with technical requirements and budgetary limitations alongside cross-functional teams.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong foundation in architectural design principles and practical design translation skills.
- Experience in managing projects involving complex scheduling, coordination, and communication.
- Understanding of architectural and engineering integration (structural, MEP, etc.) to ensure cohesive implementation.
- Proficiency with CAD/BIM or similar digital architectural tools for modeling and documentation.
- Expertise in architectural detailing, applicable building codes, and regulations, especially for government-related projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain clear communication with contractors, consultants, and officials.
- Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture; professional accreditation or eligibility is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, attention to detail, and commitment to sustainability and culturally meaningful designs.
Minimum education
Bachelor's Degree
