Job description
Job Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of designs and documentation for projects within the local region
- Coordinate with local government bodies to ensure compliance with their standards and requirements
- Lead and manage the team of consultants involved in project execution
- Support the Qualified Person (QP) in supervising project progress and implementation
Job Requirements
- Strong skills in architectural design and detailed drafting
- Proficient in using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit software tools
- Well-versed with local building codes and regulations
- Capable of working independently while adhering to tight schedules
- Holds a degree in Architecture from a Board of Architects (BOA) recognized university along with at least three years of relevant professional experience
- Demonstrates effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
