Job Overview
We are seeking an Architect for our Ahmedabad location. This opportunity is open to both fresh graduates with foundational knowledge and experienced professionals. The role involves assisting in architectural planning and design for commercial projects, ensuring functional and aesthetic excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and designing architectural layouts for commercial projects.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and working plans.
- Engage with space planning and interior design requirements efficiently.
- Collaborate across design, project management, and site teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Perform site visits as necessary to support project delivery.
- Create 2D and 3D design models and visual presentations.
- Contribute to material selection and design implementation processes.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Solid understanding of architecture and interior design principles.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max.
- Ability to interpret and create architectural drawings and layouts.
- Strong creative aptitude coupled with effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Possession of a B.Arch, Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related qualification.
- Experienced architects are encouraged to apply.
- Freshers may apply only if they have substantial knowledge of architectural concepts and relevant software.
- Candidates lacking relevant qualifications or experience are advised not to apply.
Compensation and Location
The salary range is ₹20,000 to ₹60,000 per month, determined by experience and skill level. The position is based in Ahmedabad.
