About the Role

The Design Abode invites motivated, creative, and collaborative individuals eager to take on new challenges in design innovation. The successful candidate will confidently oversee projects from initial concept through execution under the guidance of Associates or Directors, engaging effectively with all stakeholders to bring design visions to fruition.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow directions from Associates or Directors to execute project tasks efficiently.
• Engage with clients to fully grasp their objectives and requirements.
• Facilitate effective communication between clients and the project team to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with the team to prepare presentations for client reviews.
• Create drawings and documentation necessary for submission to authorities.
• Assist in preparing tender drawings and documents for contractor quotations.
• Evaluate contractors' bids and oversee the management of construction contracts.
• Coordinate the overall project timeline and monitor deliverables from all involved parties.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of a relevant degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
• At least 2 years of experience in architectural practice.
• Knowledgeable about local furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) trades.
• Exceptional creativity coupled with strong communication skills.
• A genuine passion for thoughtful and impactful design.
