Architect

Position Overview

We are actively seeking a skilled Architect to become part of our team located in Al Ain, UAE. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with projects localized in Al Ain or Abu Dhabi and possess in-depth familiarity with the local municipality codes and regulations of Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Manage and execute municipality submissions and secure necessary approvals.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and official submission documents for regulatory authorities.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in 3ds Max and produce realistic renderings illustrating architectural concepts.
• Exhibit comprehensive understanding of materials, lighting, textures, and techniques in architectural visualization.
• Coordinate efficiently with clients, government authorities, and contractors to align project goals and ensure smooth execution.
• Utilize AutoCAD proficiently, while knowledge of Revit or BIM platforms is advantageous.
• Show case creativity, excellent communication, and meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
• Familiarity or skills in interior design will be considered a beneficial asset.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
• Have demonstrable work experience in Abu Dhabi or Al Ain on relevant architectural projects.
• Be currently residing in the UAE with local experience and demonstrated expertise in high-quality 3D architectural visualization.
