Job description
Role Overview
The architect will be responsible for designing spatial layouts, creating technical architectural drawings, selecting materials, and collaborating with various engineering disciplines to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed floor plans, zoning schemes, and efficient circulation pathways within projects.
- Produce precise 2D and 3D architectural blueprints, elevations, and installation drawings utilizing CAD technologies.
- Compile and manage finish matrices, mood boards, and detailed specifications covering flooring, lighting solutions, and wall finishes.
- Coordinate efforts and collaborate closely with structural engineers, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) specialists, as well as contractors involved in the project.
