Role Overview

The Architect will be employed full-time on-site in Tirana, Albania, contributing to the development and execution of architectural projects from initial concept through to construction documentation. Daily duties involve generating architectural designs, producing detailed drawings and 3D models, coordinating effectively with engineers and consultants, and ensuring compliance with client expectations and regulatory standards. The position requires active participation in design reviews, assisting with project management such as scheduling and resource allocation, and helping integrate technical solutions within architectural plans. The Architect will work collaboratively within the team, attend client and site meetings as needed, and uphold quality and consistency throughout all projects undertaken by the studio.

Qualifications

• Solid expertise in Architectural Design, capable of evolving concepts into comprehensive plans and technical documentation.
• Experience with software development and integration relevant to design tools, BIM platforms, or digital workflows within architectural practices.
• Proven skills in Project Management including planning, coordination, and tracking project deliverables involving multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient with industry-standard design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or comparable tools; comfortable with 3D modeling and rendering applications.
• Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a closely related discipline, with authorization to practice architecture in Albania compliant with local laws.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving aptitude, spatial planning capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills enabling multidisciplinary collaboration and professional interaction with clients and partners.
• Preparedness to work full-time on-site in Tirana, Albania, managing multiple priorities and adapting to shifting project demands.
