Architectural Technologist

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist with at least three years of proven expertise in design and technical disciplines. This role is based in a growing, friendly office located in Lucan Village, Greater Dublin. The successful candidate will contribute to diverse projects including housing, apartments, student accommodations, and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities and Experience

• Possess experience with BCMS / BCAR compliance processes.
• Advance proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
• Sound understanding of Building Regulations and Planning Guidelines.
• Demonstrated capability in managing a range of projects varying from small to large and complex, with strong skills in technical detailing.
• Experience covering all phases of site and project management.
• Able to prepare planning submissions, tender documentation, and construction drawings.
• Previous site experience is advantageous.
• Proven track record of delivering technically detailed projects successfully implemented on site.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and technical detailing abilities with utmost attention to accuracy.
• Possession of own transport or car is beneficial.

This is a full-time, permanent position with salary commensurate with experience.
