Senior Architectural Technician

Position Overview

We are currently looking for a Senior Architectural Technician with at least five years of professional experience. This role is based in Lucan Village, South Dublin, within a growing and friendly firm specializing in diverse projects including residential housing, apartment complexes, student accommodations, and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Proficient in BCMS and BCAR compliance processes.
• Strong command of AutoCAD is essential.
• Deep understanding of Building Regulations and Planning Guidelines.
• Proven track record working on projects of varying complexity and scale, including small to large developments, demonstrating advanced detailing skills.
• Versatile experience managing all phases of site and project oversight.
• Competent in the preparation of planning submissions, tender documents, and construction drawings.
• Site experience is considered a valuable asset.
• Demonstrated technical detailing capabilities and practical experience in project realization on site.
• Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and well-organized with a strong ability to meet deadlines efficiently.
• Excellent communicator with refined presentation, technical, and precision detailing skills.
• Possession of personal transport (car) is advantageous.

Employment Information

This is a full-time, permanent position based in the office. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
