The Advertising Trust and Transparency (ATT) team based in Bangalore ensures ads are relevant, high-quality, and foster better conversion rates for sellers while enhancing customer satisfaction. Managing one of the largest product catalogs globally, the team processes billions of daily requests with ambitious growth targets, utilizing automated systems to validate tens of millions of merchant-submitted offers across diverse languages and countries.

Role Responsibilities

In this role, you will design and implement machine learning models targeting content interpretation and labeling challenges for advertisements. These solutions will integrate both visual and textual data modalities and need to operate effectively across multiple languages and international markets. Collaboration with engineering and scientific teams will be crucial to develop, train, and deploy these models. Additionally, you will write production-ready code supporting labeling processes and moderation for millions of daily ad submissions.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in developing models for business applications
• PhD degree or Master's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Machine Learning, or related disciplines
• Proficiency with deep learning frameworks such as MxNet and TensorFlow
• Hands-on experience in building machine learning models or crafting algorithms for business use cases

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with programming languages including C/C++, Python, Java, or Perl
• Published research in leading peer-reviewed conferences or journals
