About the Role
Join exmox, an innovative technology company focusing on scalable user acquisition solutions in mobile gaming. You will work on high-traffic, consumer-facing products using applied AI technologies. This role centers on developing production-ready backend systems integrating large language models (LLMs), AI agent workflows, and generative AI tools to automate business processes. The position involves designing, building, and maintaining AI-driven backend services on AWS with Python and FastAPI. You'll collaborate closely across product, design, and business teams to translate complex requirements into live AI applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-performance, reliable Python backend services using FastAPI that support AI features and automation.
- Design and implement complex agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph or CrewAI, including state management, error handling, and human-in-the-loop mechanisms.
- Integrate and manage LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-source models) focusing on prompt engineering, streaming, caching, and cost efficiency.
- Incorporate external generative media tools like Arcads, Seedance, and Runway into automated content pipelines.
- Identify opportunities and build AI-driven automations spanning content creation, QA, customer support, and internal tooling.
- Work with the platform team to deploy and operate services on AWS, ensuring observability and cost governance.
- Communicate with various stakeholders to refine ambiguous business problems into precise AI-empowered solutions.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum five years of hands-on Python backend development experience, specifically with FastAPI or comparable frameworks.
- Proven track record developing LLM-powered applications covering prompt engineering, context/window management, structured data parsing, and cost optimization across AI providers.
- Experience designing multi-step agent workflows using orchestration libraries such as LangGraph or CrewAI, including fallback strategies and schema definitions.
- Strong background in integrating third-party APIs at scale, ideally with creative AI or generative media tools.
- Engineering mindset focused on producing clean, tested, production-level code with full ownership.
- Ability to work collaboratively with non-technical stakeholders to formulate clear technical solutions from ambiguous problems.
Additional Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with video, image, or audio generation APIs like Runway or Seedance.
- Experience implementing AI workflows with human-in-the-loop quality control.
- Previous work experience in fast-growth, product-driven technology companies.

Workplace and Location
