Your Role as Allocator
Reporting directly to the Merchandise Manager, you will oversee the full cycle of merchandise allocation to retail outlets. This includes collaborating with various internal teams such as Design, Product, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Operations, to maintain optimal stock levels in your assigned stores throughout the year.
Daily Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound inventory workflows, including product allocations to stores.
- Engage directly with retail teams to ensure effective stock management at store level.
- Work closely with cross-functional departments to facilitate smooth merchandise distribution.
- Analyze product sales performance across all stores and within specific locations.
- Generate reports and provide insights to support strategic decisions.
- Complete various administrative tasks as required.
Candidate Profile
- Proficient or intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel or experience with databases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities for maintaining strong interdepartmental relationships.
- Data-driven analytical mindset with a strong focus on numbers.
- Preferred tertiary education in Fashion, Business, or a similar field; however, enthusiasm and the right attitude are highly valued over formal qualifications.
