Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous and well-organized CAFM Operator to join our Riyadh team. The role focuses on managing the Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system to optimize facility operations, ensure precise data tracking, and improve space utilization across our enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and operate CAFM platforms to facilitate everyday facility management tasks.
  • Accurately enter and update data regarding space allocation, asset details, and occupancy statistics.
  • Produce detailed reports and analytics related to space use, maintenance, and overall facility performance.
  • Handle processing and monitoring of work orders, maintenance requests, and service tickets within the CAFM environment.
  • Assist in space planning and upkeep of accurate floor maps and inventory records.
  • Update asset registers, tracking equipment locations, specifications, and planned maintenance.
  • Provide data analysis and assist in troubleshooting for the facility management team.
  • Maintain data integrity and accuracy throughout all CAFM modules and databases.
  • Contribute to system enhancements, including testing and deployment of new CAFM features.
  • Offer technical support and training to users to enhance understanding of CAFM functionalities.
  • Adhere to organizational standards and best practices in facility management.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience using CAFM software such as IBM TRIRIGA, Archibus, FM:Systems, or equivalents.
  • Strong understanding of facility management operations and methodologies.
  • Proficient in data entry, database maintenance, and analytical data evaluation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with work order and maintenance scheduling systems.
  • Knowledge of space planning, asset management, and occupancy tracking.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Superior organizational abilities and capacity to juggle multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills to engage with diverse department stakeholders.
  • Aptitude for quickly learning new software and system upgrades.
  • Experience generating reports and using data visualization tools.
  • Understanding of facility management standards and recommended practices.
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize effectively in a dynamic workplace.
  • Prior experience in technical support or administration of systems is preferred.
