Role Overview
Join TikTok as an Algorithm Engineer Graduate focused on Global Live Operation Intelligence. This role centers on enhancing the live streaming experience for billions of users by building scalable, real-time infrastructure and applying advanced machine learning techniques.
Team Mission
The Live Platform Intelligence team leverages data-driven and model-based methods to elevate core metrics on live revenue and creator participation. They develop automated intelligent systems to enhance operational efficiency, detect unauthorized behavior, and maintain stable live streaming business operations globally.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to optimizing TikTok LIVE business to improve user experience worldwide.
- Employ state-of-the-art machine learning models to boost live revenue and elevate content quality, benefiting creators and operators.
- Engage actively in product discussions, analyze user behavior trends, and provide actionable insights and optimization strategies.
Qualifications
- Completion or nearing completion of a PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning and deep learning algorithms such as DNN, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Experience with big data processing frameworks like Flink, Spark, or Hive and parallel data processing techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and mathematical skills including probability, statistics, and numerical optimization.
Preferred:
- Experience in large-scale recommendation or advertising systems, risk control, or Large Language Models (LLMs) is advantageous.
