Job description
Role Overview
Lead and manage a dedicated team of AI engineers engaged in developing solutions powered by Generative AI technologies, including agentic systems and applications integrated with large language models (LLMs). Your responsibility will encompass fostering team skills, supervising the delivery of AI solutions, and ensuring strategic alignment between AI projects and the organization's business goals. The position requires a blend of strong leadership abilities, technical program management expertise, and effective coordination with stakeholders across various levels.
Experience and Reporting Structure
The ideal candidate should hold a relevant degree and possess 8 to 10 years of professional experience in related fields. This role typically reports to a Senior AI Manager or an AI Engineering Director.
