About the Role

Ecolab is inviting applications for a seasoned Service Specialist to contribute to its leading Pest Elimination division. The selected candidate will manage an established portfolio of commercial accounts, delivering prompt and cost-efficient pest detection, eradication, and prevention services. The role supports diverse clients such as restaurants, healthcare institutions, schools, retail outlets, and food manufacturing facilities by upholding brand integrity through meticulous pest management.

Key Responsibilities

• Issue written service documentation and proactive advice to help maintain pest-free premises.
• Provide expert-level pest control solutions across a designated route of commercial accounts including food-related businesses and hospitality sectors.
• Perform inspections and treatments that consistently surpass customer expectations and standards.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with primary customer contacts.
• Assess customer requirements and promote additional pest control solutions.
• Maintain timely organisation of service routes, leveraging advanced certifications and licenses as applicable.
• Promote Ecolab’s products and services, forwarding sales leads to Account Executives where appropriate.
• Prepare and apply pesticides strictly following label instructions and legal regulations.
• Accurately complete reports and documentation within required timeframes.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
• At least 3 years of direct experience as a Pest Elimination Service Specialist.
• Availability for on-call shifts during off hours and weekends as needed.
• Ability to work comfortably in various challenging environments including confined spaces, damp or dusty areas, and temperature extremes.
• Possession of a valid driving license with a clean driving record.
