About the Role
Join Ecolab's Marketing Services team in Pune as a Senior Motion Graphics & Video Specialist to help address critical global challenges by delivering insightful and innovative visual content. This role focuses on translating marketing goals into striking visual experiences through print and digital media, ensuring brand alignment and impactful storytelling that drives business success.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full production cycle of high-quality videos, including storyboarding, editing, color correction, sound design, and motion graphics, adhering to brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Create captivating 2D/3D animations, promotional videos, explainers, intros, and visual effects using industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Animate.
- Convert complex concepts into clear and engaging visual stories that effectively support marketing, product, and internal communications.
- Handle multiple video and animation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising creative standards.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, creative, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, present ideas, align directions, and incorporate feedback efficiently.
- Produce diverse video content formats including social media clips, training videos, event coverage, product demonstrations, teasers, and campaign assets optimized for various platforms.
- Perform quality control checks, improve visual and audio quality, and proactively identify creative or technical risks that could affect final output.
- Partner with designers, writers, storyboard artists, and other creative professionals to develop cohesive campaign materials across multiple channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Film Production, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in video editing, animation, and motion graphics within marketing, creative, or production environments.
- Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant video and animation software.
- Comprehensive knowledge of video formats, codecs, frame rates, color grading, sound design, and production workflows.
- Strong ability to translate briefs and concepts into engaging, top-quality video content.
- Excellent design sense including typography, layout, and brand aesthetics.
- Proven track record managing multiple projects concurrently while meeting service level agreements and tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and teamwork skills for effective collaboration across teams.
- Experience mentoring junior editors and animators is a plus.
- Proactive, well-organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted editing tools for scene detection, cleanup, and automated enhancements is advantageous.
- Knowledge of AI plugins for motion design, such as auto-rigging, text-prompted animation, and smart morphing, is beneficial.
