Role Overview
This position is for an AI Engineer who will be responsible for designing and deploying advanced AI systems that enhance Joveo's platform’s ability to interpret job postings, candidate profiles, and market data. The engineer will create the models, data pipelines, and infrastructure necessary to transform raw data into actionable, scalable decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, train, and implement machine learning and AI models in a production environment.
- Create features powered by large language models (LLMs), including classification, information extraction, and content generation.
- Develop evaluation frameworks to assess the quality and performance of AI models.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure the availability of clean and well-organized training datasets.
- Continuously monitor deployed models for issues such as performance drift, quality degradation, and rare failure cases.
- Conduct research and experiment with emerging AI methodologies applicable to recruitment and talent acquisition.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong grounding in machine learning principles, natural language processing, or applied AI disciplines.
- Proficiency in Python programming and experience with core machine learning libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn.
- Experience in developing and deploying integrations involving large language models or fine-tuning such models.
- Familiarity with model serving platforms like SageMaker, Vertex AI, or BentoML.
- Understanding of vector databases, embedding techniques, and information retrieval systems.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex technical insights to audiences without technical backgrounds.
