Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a significant product domain by setting strategy, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring successful execution through collaboration with multiple engineering teams. The role focuses on delivering impactful outcomes aligned with key performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and strategic direction of a major product area.
• Drive discovery, validation, and detailing of new initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams from specification through to product release.
• Define and take accountability for success metrics related to your product area.
• Mentor junior product managers and support the growth of product management practices.
• Effectively communicate vision and progress to leadership and the wider team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least six years of experience in product management with a track record of shipping large-scale software products.
• Proven ownership of key product segments with measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical capabilities with comfort in making data-driven trade-off decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including expertise in crafting product requirement documents.
• Experience collaborating with senior engineers and designers.
• A proactive approach with the ability to convert ambiguous challenges into concrete results.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive salary dependent on experience and qualifications, typically ranging between $140,000 to $220,000 USD, supplemented by additional benefits.
