Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models, generative AI services, and AI-driven applications for production use.
• Implement agent-based workflows, orchestration systems, and AI services embedded within banking operations.
• Construct retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, vector search functionalities, and grounding mechanisms.
• Develop and uphold evaluation frameworks, behavioural regression testing, and monitoring processes for AI solutions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering groups to pinpoint and execute impactful AI applications.
• Adopt contemporary software engineering methodologies including continuous integration/delivery, testing, monitoring, and AI-enhanced development workflows.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• At least six years of professional experience in building and deploying AI, machine learning, or generative AI projects in production environments.
• Demonstrated success delivering large language model, retrieval-augmented generation, or agentic AI applications beyond prototyping phases.
• Proficiency with cloud-based AI and machine learning platforms such as Databricks, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and MLflow.
• Hands-on expertise in Python programming, Kubernetes orchestration, CI/CD pipeline development, and modern software engineering best practices.
• Skilled in establishing AI evaluation metrics, monitoring capabilities, and observability frameworks suitable for production systems.
• Experience working within banking, fintech, or other compliance-intensive sectors is considered a plus.
