Role Overview

The AI Data Contributor role is a full-time remote position tasked with detailed data gathering, labeling, and annotation of text, audio, and other data types under stringent guidelines and quality criteria. Responsibilities cover thorough dataset review and validation, multilingual speech transcription, and structured feedback collection for AI and LLM evaluation initiatives. Contributors collaborate closely with project leads to achieve efficiency and quality benchmarks, report any uncertainties encountered, and adhere strictly to secure data handling standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct meticulous data collection and annotation following precise instructions and quality norms.
• Verify and validate datasets for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform multilingual speech transcription as required.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI and LLM evaluations.
• Collaborate effectively with project managers to meet deadlines and productivity targets.
• Report inconsistencies or ambiguities encountered during data processing.
• Maintain secure handling and confidentiality of all data involved.

Qualifications

• Excellent data management and documentation skills with strong adherence to annotation protocols.
• Advanced analytical thinking to review AI outputs, detect errors, and follow complex guidelines.
• Proficiency in English reading and writing; additional language and transcription skills are a strong plus.
• Comfortable using computers, web tools, and data annotation/transcription platforms.
• High attention to detail, reliability, and capability to perform repetitive quality assurance tasks.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting and coordinate with diverse team members effectively.
• Prior experience in data annotation, transcription, AI/ML tasks, or content moderation is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Minimum education: high school diploma; a higher degree in any field, especially technology, linguistics, or data-related disciplines, is preferred.
