About the Role
We are looking for a French-speaking Quantitative Data Analyst to become a part of an international market research group based in Dublin. This role is specifically tailored for quantitative market research and is not a general business intelligence or reporting position. The focus is on handling survey and panel data, conducting statistical examinations, and converting complex datasets into valuable insights for client projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, clean, and analyze datasets derived from surveys and panels.
- Develop statistical analysis plans tailored to quantitative research initiatives.
- Carry out descriptive statistics, cross-tabulation, and multivariate analyses.
- Verify data quality by detecting anomalies, duplicates, and inconsistencies.
- Create insightful dashboards and straightforward data visualizations.
- Assist in questionnaire creation with attention to methodological and analytical accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with research teams throughout project life cycles.
- Translate complex technical findings into clear and accessible reports.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a Master’s qualification in Statistics, Data Science, Econometrics, or related fields.
- Approximately five years of pertinent industry experience.
- Prior work history in market research or within a research agency setup.
- Demonstrated expertise in statistical analysis methods.
- Proficient with SPSS, R, Python, or similar analytical software.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel functionalities.
- Familiarity with visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Understanding of survey methodologies including sampling, bias, and significance testing.
- Experience using Le Sphinx software is a beneficial plus.
- Fluent professional command of both French and English languages.
