Key Responsibilities

• Maintain strict confidentiality to protect customer privacy, the highest priority of the role.
• Handle diverse data types, including but not limited to text, speech, images, and video.
• Deliver meticulously annotated data following provided guidelines to meet defined KPIs using proprietary tools.
• Develop expertise in machine learning data workflows, providing factually and grammatically accurate content, ranking responses, and annotating across multiple data formats.
• Apply logical decision-making skills even when faced with ambiguous information during tasks.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail and smoothly transition between different categories of work requirements.
• Support daily operational goals such as average handling time (AHT), quality, and turnaround time (TAT) for multiple task types.
• Independently manage end-to-end data labelling execution with minimal dependence on instructions.
• Participate in root cause analyses, identify error trends, and propose measures to improve annotation quality.
• Identify and report process or operational issues in standard operating procedures and tools, suggesting solutions.
• Take ownership by providing floor support to resolve internal queries during task execution as needed.

Typical Workday

The AI Data Associate will perform foundational labelling tasks including dialogue evaluation involving speech, text, audio, and video to enhance Alexa's everyday performance. High concentration, multitasking ability, and meticulousness are critical to delivering quality work while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies. Basic Qualifications

• Fluency in spoken, written, and reading Dutch.
• Associate's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Proficient English communication skills at CEFR C1+ level, both spoken and written.
• Strong business writing abilities capable of producing reports, proposals, and professional correspondence.
• Advanced reading comprehension skills suitable for analyzing complex business documents.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to accurately interpret and implement detailed instructions across various assignments.
• Experienced in research and synthesizing information from multiple sources.
• High attention to detail managing complex tasks and documentation.
