Overview
Millennium Air Hostess Academy in Patna, Bihar, is seeking a dynamic and technically adept AI, Automation & Growth Technology Manager to spearhead the development and management of the academy's technology infrastructure and digital growth initiatives. This role combines expertise in software engineering, AI, automation, digital marketing, and analytics to craft efficient solutions that drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee AI-driven applications including voice calling agents, chatbots, WhatsApp assistants, lead qualification agents, AI interviewing tools, internal AI utilities, prompt engineering, and large language model integrations with third-party APIs.
- Create complex automated workflows integrating various business systems such as CRM, WhatsApp, email, calling, counseling, follow-ups, and reporting using automation tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- Engage in software and web development, maintaining and enhancing web apps and internal tools using technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Next.js, Node.js, Python, REST APIs, webhooks, databases, version control with Git/GitHub, cloud deployment, and server management.
- Plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads focusing on lead generation, audience segmentation, retargeting, and campaign analytics.
- Implement and troubleshoot marketing technology setups including Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, conversion tracking APIs, UTM parameters, event tracking, and retargeting strategies.
- Execute comprehensive SEO strategies covering on-page, technical, local SEO, Google Business Profile enhancements, keyword research, content SEO, YouTube SEO, and organic growth tactics on social platforms.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to develop scalable systems for social media channels (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn) focusing on research, scheduling, AI-supported content creation, analytics, and competitive analysis.
Candidate Profile
- A tech enthusiast with regular usage of AI tools and proficiency in coding.
- Strong understanding of API integrations, automation frameworks, and digital advertising beyond basic social media posting.
- Ability to independently investigate and resolve technical and tracking issues.
- Keen business mindset focused on ROI and practical problem solving.
- Fast learner adaptable to new platforms and technologies.
Preferred Experience
- Hands-on development of AI voice/chat agents, CRM and WhatsApp automation, lead management systems, sales funnels, retargeting setups, AI-powered SaaS products, marketing dashboards, API integrations, and workflow automations using n8n or Make.
Selection Process
Applicants will undergo a practical technical assessment including demonstration of past projects and completion of assignments related to AI, automation, APIs, tracking, or marketing technologies. Academic qualifications are secondary to demonstrated hands-on skills.
