About the Role
We are looking for an expert Generative AI Architect to design and implement cutting-edge AI solutions focused on code creation, optimization, and automation. This position involves building comprehensive intelligent systems by combining Large Language Models (LLMs), retrieval mechanisms, and robust backend architectures to boost developer efficiency and transform software development processes.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead the design, construction, and deployment of LLM-based applications that aid in code generation, code completion, and code translation.
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior engineers, establish engineering best practices, and oversee the full development lifecycle from prototyping to production.
- Create evaluation frameworks to rigorously verify the correctness and security of generated code.
Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Python along with strong knowledge of one or more programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or JavaScript.
- Deep understanding of data structures and algorithms (DSA) as well as object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
- Expertise in transformer models, tokenization processes, vector embeddings, and specialized code-oriented LLMs like StarCoder and CodeLlama.
Preferred Expertise
- Experience in dataset engineering including construction, cleaning, deduplication, and structuring of extensive code datasets.
- Familiarity with frameworks and tools such as Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector databases.
- Strong background in Retriever-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipeline development involving chunking, retrieval, and context optimization.
- Skill in API design, microservice architectures, and deploying scalable AI models.
- Knowledge of evaluation mechanisms including test generation, benchmarking, and security verification.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud services like AWS, GCP, Azure, and GPU orchestration.
