Role Overview

As an Agile Project Manager within CBS's IT Services PMO, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex IT software application projects. Working across diverse project portfolios, you will be responsible for coordinating between customers, vendors, internal teams, and senior stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes. This role demands strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities within dynamic project environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of multiple customer projects utilizing Agile methodologies.
• Oversee project scope, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and quality assurance.
• Manage changes in scope and other project variations via formal change control processes.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers and key stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
• Coordinate collaboration among delivery teams, technical experts, and third-party service providers.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive project updates, dashboards, and progress reports to governance bodies.
• Control commercial impacts through vigilant management of change requests.
• Maintain precise project forecasts, resource plans, and revenue projections.
• Support the seamless transition from project completion to ongoing operational support.

Candidate Profile

You are a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in customer-facing roles. You excel at uniting diverse stakeholders around common goals and managing complex, concurrent projects with competing priorities. Your communication skills are excellent, and you have a practical, solution-driven mindset that balances customer expectations with commercial realities. You thrive in fast-paced, varied project environments and demonstrate strong ownership and trust-building capacities.

Essential Skills and Experience

• At least 7 years of experience managing complex IT software application projects in mid-market or enterprise settings.
• Demonstrated success in leading projects using Agile, Scrum, or other iterative delivery frameworks.
• Advanced stakeholder management with capacity to influence at all organizational levels.
• Proficient in juggling multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities.
• Solid commercial understanding, including budget oversight, forecasting, and change management.
• Expertise in risk, issue, and dependency management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including reporting and presentation abilities.
• Experienced with project delivery tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Office.
• Collaborative approach working with technical teams, customers, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Effective problem-solving skills able to analyze root causes and deliver impactful resolutions.
