Role Overview
The Agency Development Manager is responsible for recruiting new financial advisors and supporting their growth within the agency. This includes guiding candidates through the required IC33 examination process, facilitating their licensing, imparting product knowledge, and providing comprehensive training. Leading and motivating the team to achieve set targets is a key part of this role.
Additional Information
The offered CTC package can reach up to 450,000 INR annually, with additional incentives based on performance.
