Job Overview

Join a prestigious luxury skin clinic located in Wimbledon Village as a full-time Aesthetic Therapist. This role offers an attractive salary package starting at £35,000 per annum plus a rewarding commission structure that can elevate your total earnings to between £50,000 and £65,000 yearly. The position requires availability for full-time hours and necessitates working two Saturdays each month, with Sundays off.

Core Responsibilities

You will expertly deliver a variety of advanced aesthetic and skin treatments, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. Building and maintaining strong client relationships is essential, along with crafting individualized treatment plans to support clients' unique skin health journeys.

• Administer microneedling treatments
• Conduct intense pulsed light (IPL) therapy
• Perform chemical and facial peels
• Execute laser hair removal procedures
• Provide advanced facial care treatments
• Carry out various other aesthetic and skin rejuvenation services

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is experienced and confident in delivering advanced skin treatments, with a polished and professional demeanor that centers on client care. Strong consultation and sales abilities, including recommending suitable treatments and homecare products, are required. A deep enthusiasm for skin health and achieving excellent client outcomes is critical, alongside excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

A Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy is mandatory, while Level 4 certification is preferred though not essential.
